When can I actually purchase the ARIYA I reserved?

Your Nissan ARIYA dealer will contact you when the MY23 ARIYA you have reserved has arrived at your dealership and the purchase is ready to be finalized. Note that e-4ORCE All-Wheel Drive versions are expected to arrive in Spring 2023.

How do I purchase or reserve a Nissan ARIYA?

There is limited production on Front Wheel Drive versions, please contact your local Nissan ARIYA dealer for more information. e-4ORCE All-Wheel Drive versions will be available in Spring 2023.

How do I find my reservation number?

All online pre-order customers that completed their reservation on nissan.ca should have received a reservation number in the confirmation email sent upon submission of deposit during reservation process.

Can I change my reserved trim/configuration at any time?

No, you cannot change your order. You can cancel your reservation at any time and be refunded in full. Please fill out this form to begin the cancellation process.

When can I expect to be contacted regarding my reservation?

Once your vehicle is in transit, you will start receiving personalized information and next steps about your order. Once your vehicle has arrived, a dealer will contact you to complete your order.

When will my Nissan ARIYA arrive?

Due to ongoing industry-wide supply-chain shortages, the delivery of vehicles has been delayed. Our team is monitoring the global situation closely as it continues to evolve. Rest assured that once your vehicle is in transit, you will start receiving personalized information and next steps about your order.

Will I be able to pick it up from a dealer?

Your selected dealer will be in touch to arrange a pick-up time for your new Nissan ARIYA.
