Start Your Research
If you’re looking for a vehicle, our dealers are open and we’re ready to be of service. To get started, you can explore our lineup or configure a Nissan online. If you’d like, you can contact your local dealer directly for more details on one of our models. They’re putting new digital retail practices in place, with limited contact on site, so you can shop comfortably – at your own pace.
Discover Your Lease-End Options
If your lease has matured, you can return your vehicle to your local dealer and get a new car. Take the first step by contacting them online or in person – and remember to check if you’re eligible for our loyalty program. If you’d like to extend your lease, learn about deferring payments, or if your dealer is unavailable, reach out to Nissan Canada Finance at 1-800-268-6499.
Book Service Online
As you manage taking care of your family and work, we know that your vehicle may play a key role. We’re committed to helping if you need us. With that in mind, please be aware that Service Department hours of operation may vary as local and provincial restrictions change. We encourage you to book appointments online or contact your local dealer directly to confirm service availability.
See How We’ve Enhanced Cleaning
For added peace of mind, the Nissan Clean Commitment program recommends that all dealerships follow every applicable health and safety guideline to help create a safer dealership sales and service experience. When you visit a location, signs and floor markings help ensure social distancing. Hand sanitizer is also readily available, as are masks for anyone who does not have or forgets their own. While tablets are disinfected before and after use, you can also use your own device if you’d prefer. If you’d like to explore a showroom vehicle or take a test drive, your car will be thoroughly disinfected, and we’ll provide gloves on request. Our heightened cleaning procedures also apply to vehicle delivery and pick-up, which includes service and maintenance. We encourage you to book service in advance, so dealers can spread out appointment times. This allows us to reduce the number of people at dealerships, as well as wait times for those picking up their vehicles.[[433]]
Do the Paperwork Online
To support social distancing measures, we can complete your transactions remotely. Our dealers have digital paperwork options to help serve you online. As part of this initiative, we’re introducing the Nissan Canada Finance E-Signature. We’ve designed it to make the contract process more seamless, so you can complete forms without visiting the dealership. From there, we can send you informative videos on your vehicle’s key features, to help you learn about your Nissan before we drop it off. Get in touch with us to find out more.
